Niki began cake decorating in 1986 while working in a bakery. Her talent led her to a position with an Orange County bakery brokerage where she did consulting and designing for large bakery chains. In 1999 she opened up her own doors in Lake Arrowhead, California and began doing wedding cakes and specialty desserts full-time. Photo of Niki & her assistant
