Niki's cakes will be the highlight of any occasion, from a formal black tie wedding to a casual affair with friends.  Whether you prefer a slice of light, golden vanilla cake with strawberry chiffon filling or a piece of triple chocolate fudge cake, from whipped cream to fondant and everything in-between.  Niki has the experience and expertise to bring your dreams to life.

Niki began cake decorating in 1986 while working in a bakery.  Her talent led her to a position with an Orange County bakery brokerage where she did consulting and designing for large bakery chains.  In 1999 she opened up her own doors in Lake Arrowhead, California and began doing wedding cakes and specialty desserts full-time.
